Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching assistant to provide full time support within a school in Cradley Heath. The school are looking to fill a temporary post starting after half term until July. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within either a nursery or school settings and ahold a clear updated DBS. Knowledge of they Early Years Foundation Scheme would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

• Support students that need guidance in reaching learning targets.
• Can deliver basic phonics.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Good grammar and spoken English.
• Provide learning interventions.
• Excellent at raising attainment.
• Able to encourage pupils to learn and build their confidence.

Qualification and Skills Level 3 qualification relating to Education / Child Care or degree.
