Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in their lives? Monarch education is working with a Primary School who is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their team for three days a week.

Role Requirements:
– Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
– Support students with their learning and development.
– Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.
– Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress.
– Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

Who We’re Looking For:
– A compassionate individual with a genuine love for working with children.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
