Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join a friendly and supportive SEN school. In this role, you’ll work alongside staff to provide essential personal and learning support, helping pupils access their day and feel empowered in their routines.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a patient and encouraging approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Experience working with children whether in a classroom, small‑group, or one‑to‑one setting is highly desirable. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils make progress are essential.
