About the Role

You will be delivering engaging and well-structured PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop physical skills, teamwork, and confidence across a wide range of sports and activities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular programmes and benefit from collaboration across the wider trust network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physical Education across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
  • Support students in developing physical skills, teamwork, and resilience
  • Contribute to extracurricular sports, clubs, and competitions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the trust
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and student engagement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and active learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
  • Experience teaching PE up to GCSE level (desirable)
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for sport, fitness, and student development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
