About the Role

We are seeking passionate Primary Cover Specialists to work across a variety of welcoming Primary Schools in Didcot.
Your role will be to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils in their day‑to‑day learning. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or a confident cover supervisor, we can match you to roles that suit your skills and availability.

Work available includes:

  • EYFS, KS1 and KS2 general cover
  • Pre‑planned lessons
  • Regular days or ad‑hoc supply
  • Opportunities for long‑term placements
  • Roles with additional responsibilities paid to scale

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS, ECTs, experienced teachers OR experienced Cover Supervisors
  • Confidence delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Good classroom management and a positive, proactive approach
  • Ability to commute to schools in and around Didcot
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
