The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow school planning where required and adapt learning to meet pupil needs.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Ensure all children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Uphold the school’s values and commitment to educational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a school setting.
- Are confident managing a classroom and delivering engaging lessons.
- Have strong behaviour management skills.
- Are flexible, reliable, and adaptable.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are committed to supporting all pupils to reach their full potential.
