Monarch Education is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Science Teacher to join one of their client schools on an initial temporary basis. The role is scheduled to start in January 2025 and will run until the end of the academic year within the first instance.
Requirements for this particular role are as follows:
The school is looking for a Teacher who is able to deliver Science lessons up to GCSE Level. It is crucial that the applicant to this particular role is able to work with the higher achievers, as well as students with SEN/SEMH requirements. The school undertakes rigorous internal assessments and testing on a regular basis, so being able to prepare candidates for this is of high importance.
It is expected that the applicant will be able to apply a range of innovative teaching strategies designed to bolster attainment, as well as keep pupils focused and on task at all times. Confidence in managing behaviour is vital – the school has a very clearcut behaviour policy which will need to be maintained at all times.
