Are you a qualified teacher looking for the flexibility of a part time role in Redditch. Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in Redditch find a KS2 Teacher to work a regular Monday – Friday starting 31^st March 2025. You must have KS2 Experience for this role and you must have QTS to be considered.

Requirements of applicant:

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• Experienced teaching children in KS2
• Outstanding knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Passion for teaching children and achieving results
• Able to easily identify areas of strength and weaknesses for each pupil and adapt tasks accordingly

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the National Curriculum
• Differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all students
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines

Salary: £130 – 180 per day (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
