About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated KS2 teacher who can create a positive and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong behaviour management skills, patience and the ability to act as a positive role model. You will build trusting relationships with pupils, uplifting them and fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS2
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour through effective management strategies
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting respect, resilience and self-confidence
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, staff and families
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support school goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within KS2
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Patience, empathy and the ability to uplift and motivate children
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
