Monarch Education are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Oldham (OL8). This is a full-time role starting in February 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The Role

• Plan and deliver creative, stimulating lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and parents to create a positive learning experience.
• Promote a safe, caring and inclusive classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine passion for early years education.
