Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for a dynamic Primary Intervention Teacher in Birmingham to deliver targeted support that boosts confidence, closes gaps, and helps every learner shine.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high‑quality small‑group and 1:1 interventions
  • Use data and assessment to drive progress
  • Work closely with class teachers to tailor support
  • Inspire children with creative, engaging learning approaches

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, proactive teacher with a passion for early intervention
  • Strong understanding of primary curriculum + SEND awareness
  • Someone who believes all children can achieve incredible things

Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with two primary schools to recruit for an Intervention Teacher. The schools located in Birmingham in Erdington and Kings Heath are Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and are looking for a Teacher to join their team asap on a part time basis.
