The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and learning.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and its positive learning culture.
What We’re Looking For

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Are passionate about raising attainment and improving outcomes for pupils.
- Have strong classroom management and organisational skills.
