The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and learning.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and its positive learning culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Are passionate about raising attainment and improving outcomes for pupils.
  • Have strong classroom management and organisational skills.
