Monarch Education are looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join our primary team as soon as possible. We are working in partnership with schools in Birmingham in the Edgbaston and Selly Oak area who are looking to recruit a full time TA to start ASAP.

About the role:
  • Full‑time, immediate start
  • Supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver personalised support
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to tailor learning
  • Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment

What we are looking for:

✔ Level 3 education qualification (essential)
✔ Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
✔ A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
✔ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
