The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning within the classroom.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage children’s confidence, participation, and independence.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and organisation.
- Promote positive behaviour and strong learning habits.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
