Reception Teacher – Full Time (Summer Term)

Monarch Education is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school for the Summer Term. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in an Early Years environment, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop key skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality EYFS provision.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Use play-based learning to support children’s development.
• Track pupil progress using the EYFS framework.
• Work collaboratively with EYFS staff and wider school teams.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and parents.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS/EYTS).
• Experience teaching within EYFS.
• Creative, nurturing, and energetic.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• ECTs welcome to apply.
