Monarch Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team in Bicester. This opportunity is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with flexible working arrangements to suit your availability.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in achieving their academic potential. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons tailored to student needs
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
