This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Science specialist to teach across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 an advantage, but not essential) within a supportive and forward thinking department. The school is known for its strong behaviour policies, clear expectations, and positive learning environment.

The Role:

  • Full‑time Science Teacher (maternity cover)
  • Teaching General Science across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive Science department
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on pupil progress and achievement

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics welcomed
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about inspiring young people in Science
  • Experienced teachers and confident ECTs are encouraged to apply
