Monarch Education is seeking a confident and adaptable Secondary PPA Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school on a full-time basis.

This exciting role involves providing Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) cover across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of classroom teachers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, delivering pre-planned lessons, and engaging students in a positive and productive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be a flexible and motivated teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour effectively, and confidently deliver lessons across the secondary curriculum.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Is confident delivering lessons across multiple subjects and key stages
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can adapt quickly to different departments and teaching environments
• Is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
• Is reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards
