About the Role

Monarch Education is recruiting passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support our fantastic partner schools across Bicester. Whether you’re looking for full-time consistency or part-time flexibility, we have a range of opportunities that can be shaped around your schedule.

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject as well as cover a variety of general subjects across the school day. Your ability to step into different classrooms with confidence and enthusiasm will help ensure continuity of learning for students.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teaching your subject specialism to KS3 and KS4 pupils
  • Delivering general cover across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Following lesson plans and maintaining standards of teaching and learning
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and school leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant secondary teaching experience
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
  • A passion for supporting young people’s learning
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through us)
