SEND Learning Support Assistant
Location- Bromsgrove
Salary-£83.33-£100 Daily (negotiable)
Hours of work- Full time, Temporary (8:30am-3:30pm)
Start Date- September 2024
Monarch Education are working closely with a SEMH school in the Bromsgrove area who are currently looking for learning support assistants. The school caters to students who struggle with complex needs, behaviour issues, learning difficulties and SEMH needs. The school provides care for EYFS up until Sixth form meaning that as a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing the support and care necessary to foster the student’s overall development.

Experience in care or a degree in health and social is not required for this role, but it would be considered an asset. Candidates who have prior experience working with individuals who have complex needs, learning difficulties and behaviour issues will be highly regarded.

Your application will be subject to an enhanced child only DBS and two educational references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Education Setting.
