Full-Time | October Start | £95-£110 per day | Year 4 Pupil Support

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in East Bristol, working 1:1 with a boy in Year 4.

🏫 The Role:

  • Start Date: October 2025
  • Contract: Full-time, continuing until the end of the academic year
  • Location: East Bristol
  • Pay: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

You’ll be working closely with a pupil who requires consistent, nurturing support to access learning and thrive in the classroom. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a strong, trusting relationship and make a real impact on a child’s educational journey.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEMH needs or similar
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and external professionals
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A Team Teach certificate is highly desirable, but not essential – training can be provided for the right candidate.
