The Role:
As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Emotional & Behavioural Disorders.
  • Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans and resources to meet individual learning needs.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
  • Monitor student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide essential feedback to the teaching team.
  • Support students with emotional regulation and social skills development.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with secondary school-aged children, particularly those with SEN.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
