Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, Failsworth (M35)

Monarch Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a vibrant primary school based in the Failsworth area of Manchester (M35). This school are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

If successful, you will play a crucial role in helping children with SEN access a quality education. Your responsibilities will include: supporting SEN students in their academic and social development, collaborating with teachers to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs). Providing 1:1 or small group support as needed. Assisting teachers with classroom management and activities and flexibly covering across year groups to meet the school’s needs.

To be considered, applicants must have:

🌟 Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

🌟 Experience working with SEN students, with a strong understanding of their needs.

🌟 A compassionate and patient demeanour.

🌟 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

🌟 Adaptability and a willingness to cover different year groups when required.
