  • Recent experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
  • Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
