They are now seeking a passionate, skilled SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. Interviews are being arranged immediately.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Essential

  • QTS (preferred), OR strong teaching experience with unqualified teacher status
  • Experience working with students with SEND (particularly ASC, ADHD, or SEMH)
  • Ability to adapt and personalise the curriculum for individual learning needs
  • Strong behaviour management strategies
  • Resilience, creativity, and a genuinely supportive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

  • Experience in a special school or alternative provision
  • Understanding of SEND legislation and safeguarding requirements
