About the Role

We are working with a warm, SEN School in Nottingham who are looking for a compassionate, creative and resilient SEN Teacher to join their team.
You’ll be teaching pupils with a range of needs, including:

  • Autism / ASD
  • ADHD / ADD
  • Complex Needs
  • Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Communication & Interaction Needs
  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs
  • Asperger’s and other Neurodiverse Profiles.

What We’re Looking For In a SEN Teacher

  • QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
  • Experience in SEN, or a strong passion and willingness to learn
  • A nurturing, patient and calm approach
  • Confident differentiation and behaviour management
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork, new ideas and child‑centred practice
