They are now looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. Immediate interviews available.

About You

Essential

  • QTS (preferred) or strong classroom experience as an unqualified teacher
  • Experience supporting pupils with ASC, communication needs, or MLD
  • Ability to adapt lessons and personalise learning plans
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • A caring, patient, and resilient approach
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience working in a special school or alternative setting
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding expectations
