This dynamic, forward-thinking school supports students with diverse needs and prides itself on preparing young people for independence, adulthood, and life beyond school.

They are now seeking a motivated and skilled SEN Teacher to join the team immediately. Interviews are being arranged without delay.

About You

Essential

  • QTS (preferred) or significant experience leading learning as an unqualified teacher
  • Experience supporting students with ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
  • Confidence in adapting curriculum content for diverse needs
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Creativity, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive practice
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Desirable

  • Experience within a secondary-age SEN environment
  • Understanding of EHCP processes, safeguarding, and SEND policies
