SEN Teaching Assistant

HAVE YOU GOT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?

Monarch Education are working with an inclusive special needs school in Solihull supporting children with Autism, ADHD, down syndrome, speech, language and communication difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs from KS1 -KS4 and also post 16 provision college.

They are looking for Special needs assistants / teaching assistants / support workers / psychology graduates who have a passion for supporting children with special needs to enable them to learn – full time or parttime for the right candidate.

You will be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with children who are studying below expected level in the classroom with the main teacher and a team of 3 other support staff, sometimes maybe required to do some 1-1 support if needed.

Experience with SEN children is a MUST, any qualifications relating to working with children or special needs is a huge advantage.
