🧩 Role Details:

• Provide 1:1 support for a child with autism, helping them access the curriculum and develop social and emotional skills.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working with children with autism or other SEN needs (preferred).
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
