About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with personal care and emotional regulation where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting or with children with additional needs is highly desirable.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
