Monarch Education are working with a specialist school in the NG21 area that supports children and young people with a range of additional needs. The school provides a nurturing, structured and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The school supports pupils with Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication and interaction difficulties, cognition and learning needs, sensory needs and independence skills.
Monarch Education is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a specialist educational setting.
This rewarding role involves working closely with children and young people who require additional support to access learning, build confidence and develop essential life skills. You will provide classroom-based support, deliver interventions and help pupils overcome barriers to education.
Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff, you will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
All pay rates quoted are inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay.
