Monarch Education are working closely with a number of Primary schools in North Manchester who are looking to recruit an SEN teaching assistant to work with SEN pupils throughout KS1 & KS2. There are full time and part time roles available.
If you have supported learners with additional needs, specifically ASC then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Provide support and guidance to students
Day to day support for life skills
Prepare resources under teacher instruction
Effective record keeping in line with the EHCP
Build a positive relationship with the children ad parents and make a real difference!
Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN and complex needs
Excellent behaviour management skills
Experience in an SEN role
Strong de-escalation skills
