About the Role:
Monarch Education is looking for a passionate and experienced SENCO (or a qualified teacher with significant SEND leadership experience) to join a supportive primary school in Didcot. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by leading the school’s SEND provision and ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.

  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Days: 2 or 3 days per week
  • Daily Rate: £150 – £220 (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified SENCO (or relevant SEND leadership experience)
  • Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
