SEND Instructor
Location: Solihull
Are you experienced in teaching children with SEND and looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated SEND Instructor to join a supportive primary and secondary school in Solihull, working across different key stages.
In this role, you will deliver tailored lessons and activities based on each child’s EHCP, supporting their development, independence, and confidence. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure that teaching strategies are effective and meet individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified with previous experience in a SEND teaching role. You should have a good understanding of autism, SEMH, physical disabilities, and other SEND needs. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching children with SEND are essential.
