Special Needs Teacher

£130 – £200 daily
Part Time 8:30am-3:30pm

We are proud to partner with a Specialist SEND Primary school in Birmingham, seeking out a passionate teacher.
Applicants will be expected to support the educational journey of students with special educational needs, follow individualised learning plans (EHCP’s), and collaborate with teachers.

What does the role entail?
You would be working in a community special school for students aged 2 to 19 years, who have cognition and learning difficulties, in addition to physical disabilities and/or complex health care needs. The actual role itself, would involve guiding special needs children through their educational journey, with the use of sensory play, assisted learning and music therapy. You would be collaborating with learning support, physical therapists, and parents to overall improve the children’s school life.
