Monarch Education are excited to be working with a school in the Wolverhampton area who are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher.

The specialist school supports children and young people aged 3 to 16 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and other associated learning and communication difficulties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering personalised learning pathways and tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly assessing students progress and identifying areas where they need further support or intervention.
• Communicate with other teachers and SENCo staff to ensure consistent support across subjects and activities.
• Implement strategies to support students with emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.
• Deliver active and engaging lessons to students while also monitoring Individual EHCPs.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential. Unqualified teachers with the right experience will be considered.
• Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties is essential.
