Do you have experience within SEN and are looking for a new opportunity to expand your experience?

We are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to teach within a Good rated Ofsted Secondary School specialising in students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties. You will be working with pupils on a group basis, offering them support and guidance throughout their school year. You will be a fully qualified teacher and be able to determine the level of support you need to offer to pupils based on their needs.

What this school will expect from you, is that you play a full part in the wider school life and fully support their ethos, values and aims. You must be willing to contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of the school curriculum and to have and share a good knowledge and understanding of how to use and adapt a range of teaching and learning strategies.

The Ideal Candidate will require:

* Have Qualified Teacher Status. (QTS)
* Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupils
* Have previous experience teaching in Key Stages 3 and 4
* Support all pupil’s and cater for their individual needs
* Be flexible and adaptable in your work approach
* Plan and deliver inspiring and motivational lessons
* Mark work as per school policies
