Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? If so, Monarch Education have an exciting opportunity for you!

This is a full-time position set to commence ASAP, Monday to Friday term-time only, 8:30 till 15:30 at an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ school where children are supported in every aspect in a nurturing environment.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering children with diverse educational needs including ADHD and SEMH. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing 1:1 support, implementing individualised education plans and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) (Not essential however the will and want to make a difference to these children is essential.)
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
