FULL TIME SEN TEACHING ASISSTANT

to support a child in EYFS who pre-verbal. The TA will then support a year 2 pupil in the PM with core subjects.

Area: Erdington

Salary: £60-100 a day

Start date: ASAP

Job Description:

  • Working with children in a classroom setting
  • Working with students one to one
  • Acting as a positive role model to students
  • Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students
  • Foster positive relationships with teachers

The school are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader or something similar.
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Can engage children in and out of the classroom
  • Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Has a can-do positive attitude
  • Be willing to commute to Birmingham.
