Monarch Education are supporting a Primary School based in Corby (NN18), to source a confident and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant. The school promotes a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements of applicant:

• Relevant qualifications in education or SEND support (desirable but not essential).
• Experience working with children with special educational needs is an advantage.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND.
• Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Supporting children’s learning, behaviour, and personal development.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapting teaching materials and activities to meet individual needs.
