✅ Candidate Requirements:

• 🎓 Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficulties.
• 💖 A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills – To work effectively with pupils, staff, and families.
• 🛡️ Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
