Monarch Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in East Bristol, working within a well-established resource base that supports pupils with a range of additional needs.

📅 Key Details:

  • Start Date: October 2025
  • Contract: Full-time, continuing until the end of the academic year
  • Location: East Bristol
  • Pay: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

🧩 The Role:

You’ll be working closely with pupils across the primary age range who have a variety of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires flexibility, empathy, and a proactive approach to support learning and development.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting
  • A calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A Team Teach certificate is highly desirable, but not essential – training can be arranged for the right candidate.
