Setting: Special Educational Needs (SEND) School – supporting both Primary and Secondary phases

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming SEND school in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment and wants to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Primary & Secondary).
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and contribute to pupil progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
