Monarch Education is excited to team up with SEND schools in and around Birmingham to recruit dedicated individuals with specialised skills in supporting students with complex learning needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities. For this role, you don’t necessarily need to be a qualified teacher, but some education experience is essential. Have you worked with children or adults with SEND or profound and multiple learning difficulties? Perhaps you have experience as a support worker or in the care field or possess a degree in psychology or education-related field.
