Monarch Education are recruiting for a Sports Coach in Walsall. With this opportunity you have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of the students. Although the job is Temporary, through Monarch Education to begin with, there is a chance that the role can be made permanent. The school is seeking an individual who is confident in communicating and interacting with young people and supporting them with their physical needs.
The ideal candidate will:
Have the ability and knowledge to teach school pupils.
Be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Experience in coaching children (Various Key stage groups)
Full flexibility (after school activities)
Coaching primary children
Planning lessons and activities for whole class learning and group learning.
Building relationships with staff and pupils
Feedback to the relevant member of staff about the pupil’s progress
To have pastoral responsibility for a group of pupils
Potentially lead in a subject area
Planning afterschool activities
