Sports Coach

Are you a Sports Coach looking for a new challenge or a rewarding change of direction? Monarch Education is seeking passionate and proactive individuals to support students in Secondary and SEND schools across Bristol, particularly near the M32.

Your background in sports and physical education can make a huge impact-helping students build confidence, develop communication skills, and improve their overall well-being through movement and teamwork.

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students aged 11-18
• Support pupils with challenging behaviours, ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication needs

• A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Experience working with children or young adults (formal or informal)
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
• Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
