Supply Geography Teacher – Secondary School | March 2026 Start
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full-Time Supply (Monday-Friday)
Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
Salary: £158.80 – £232.20 (Depending on Experience)
Are you an inspiring and adaptable Geography teacher seeking a flexible role that promotes a strong work-life balance? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Supply Geography Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across Bristol. While demand is high for Geography specialists, we also welcome teachers from related humanities subjects who can confidently deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a professional approach.
Supply teaching offers an excellent opportunity to experience a variety of school environments, strengthen your classroom practice, and enjoy a diverse schedule-without the additional responsibilities that come with a permanent post. Many short-term assignments naturally develop into long-term or permanent opportunities, providing both flexibility and a clear path for professional progression.
Secondary schools in the Bristol area offer supportive, progressive learning communities where students are encouraged to think critically, understand global perspectives, and explore the world around them. With well-resourced humanities departments, strong pastoral systems, and dedicated leadership teams, these schools promote both academic achievement and personal development. Enrichment clubs, fieldwork opportunities, and community-driven projects help build confidence within a culture of curiosity, respect, and ambition.
