Supply Teacher at Cabot Learning Federation

Affinity Workforce are the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation and will have a high volume of supply teaching work available in their secondary academies in Bristol from September 2024 until July 2025. Cabot Learning Federation welcome both ECTS and more experienced teachers to work in their schools on supply.

Supply work within Cabot Learning Federation via Affinity Workforce is very flexible and we can offer between one to five days per week. Rates of pay are above market average and we can offer guaranteed work for those wanting guaranteed income.

We have several long-term and permanent positions starting in September 2024 within the Cabot Learning Federation secondary academies in Bristol and ongoing throughout the academic year. We can support ECTs in signing off their NQT years within teaching positions as well as offering Teaching Assistant, Pastoral and Head of Year roles.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, be confident in managing behaviour and be happy to work within the Cabot Learning Federation Academies.
