SEMH Support Worker – Worcester

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm)
Start Date: ASAP and September 2025
Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Support Worker to join a specialist school in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Previous experience in a school or care setting is advantageous but not essential; a genuine desire to support and inspire young people is key.
As an SEMH Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing tailored support to promote positive behaviour, build resilience, and facilitate engagement in learning. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where pupils can thrive.
For this role, it is essential that you can work full time and have experience working in either a UK School Setting, or alternative provision. Applications without this, will not be considered.
